Months ago, it was announced that 2016’s Pantone color of the year is Rose Quartz – so it’s no secret that pink is in. This blushy hue is no longer just for the girliest of girls; it has penetrated fashion runways, home decor lines, and – you guessed it – tableware, proving itself one of the chicest colors on the spectrum.
In the world of table styling, we’re feeling very inspired by pink. What’s the best way to use the color without going overboard, or risking looking like you’re preparing for Barbie’s dream dinner party? Try a neutral tabletop with some key pink accents – like plates, candles, flowers and/or colored glasses (you can even break out your himalayan sea salt). Just avoid bold hot pinks or magentas, and instead opt for powdery hues of blush and rose.
