Thankfully, we can opt to keep it light in the summer days ahead without sacrificing too much. Delicious summer salad recipes are both healthy and easy to make – and a perk to these leafy concoctions – most don’t require much cooking! Try one out next time you are hosting guests, throw one together as a quick and tasty dinner solution, or make choose one, or a few, to make in a large quantity to take with you on-the-go or for a work lunch.
